Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Location: Morgantown, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,894 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Morgantown, West Virginia, 26505! ```htmlJob Opportunity – Step Down RN – West Virginia Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Morgantown, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with every other weekend coverage Highlights: Lower acuity step down unit with typical 1:4 patient ratio (1:5 during emergencies) 13-week contract with potential for extension Primary patient population includes cardiac, cardiac surgery, interventional cardiology, and general medical/surgical cases 36-bed unit with daily census of approximately 34 patients Cerner EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams No drip titration required on this unit Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2 years total RN experience required At least 1 year Med/Surg or Telemetry experience and 2 years Step Down experience Current BCLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required) Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and cardiac rhythm interpretation Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred Two manager or charge nurse references within the past 2 years Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (75-100 miles considered case-by-case) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers a supportive environment with robust interdisciplinary teams and a manageable patient load in a lower acuity step down setting.
