Continuously monitor vital signs and clinical status, and provide life-saving interventions as needed. Work closely with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plan. Accurately document patient care, assessments, treatments, and any changes in the patient's condition in the medical record.
