Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or
Family Medicine Board Eligible or Board Certified Active West
Virginia medical license (or eligibility) Active, unrestricted DEA
license Current BLS and ACLS certification Must be credentialed and
privileged at Medical CenterHospital: 164-bed non-profit hospital;
