Key Responsibilities You will be the face of our company in the field, ensuring systems run efficiently and safely Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings Installation: Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls according to codes and specifications Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal system checks Communication: Communicate clearly with clients to recommend long-term solutions and ensure smooth scheduling Documentation: Complete work orders and time logs accurately Safety: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all protocols Qualifications Experience: 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred Certification: Valid EPA Certification required Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, and accountability Education: High school diploma or GED preferred Compensation & Benefits We provide the support you need to succeed in your trade Financial Rewards: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Performance Bonuses Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Health & Lifestyle Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with overtime/weekend opportunities) On-Call: Rotating on-call schedule Tools & Growth Company Vehicle Provided Paid Training and Certifications Safety Equipment Provided Culture Company Events and a supportive team environment Ready to join the family?
