Work Region: Braddock, PA, shop Compensation: Base Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Non-union, non-prevailing wages. Pay periods are weekly. Direct deposit is available. Schedule: Standard shop schedule is 4/10’s 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays (off Fridays – Sundays). Overtime: Yes, available but subject to availability and shop workload. Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, cutting and organizing components for fabrication. Operate basic tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, drills and hand tools safely. Load and unload materials, parts and equipment as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety policies. Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, moving material or assisting in layout setup. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to overall team productivity. Willing to drive to make material deliveries. Qualifications: Employees must… Be at least 18 years old. Have high school diploma or equivalent. Be eligible to work in the United States. Be willing to authorize a background check. Have no criminal convictions for dishonesty, sexual misconduct, violence, or acts of terrorism. Have valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation. Be willing to authorize motor vehicle driving record checks. Be willing to submit to pre-hire, random, and post-incident drug and alcohol testing. Have good communication skills. Have good attendance and show up to work on time every day. Have strong basic math and measuring skills. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Be able to pass welding tests for stick and flux core. Have an eye for quality and strong attention to detail.
