Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a
skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic team in Austintown,
OH. This position is Monday through Thursday on an off shift
schedule. We offer a flexible start time from 3pm to 9pm, 10 hour
shifts. If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack
for operating CNC milling machines, this is the perfect opportunity
for you! In this role, you will be responsible for producing
high-quality components while ensuring safety and efficiency in the
manufacturing process. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC
milling machines to produce parts according to specifications. Read
and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to
maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and
troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Ensure compliance with safety
regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of
production and machine performance. Collaborate with team members
to improve processes and increase efficiency. Properly utilize
measuring tools such as a tape measure, micrometer, vernier or
caliper. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent;
technical training in CNC machining preferred. Proven experience as
a CNC Mill Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC
programming and G-code. Ability to read and interpret technical
documents and complex blueprints. Ability to hold tolerances to
.001”. Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control
standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
environment. You should be proficient in: CNC Tooling CNC
Programming Shop Math Skills Machines & technologies you'll use:
CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas) Overhead Crane CNC
Mill (5 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak) Calipers and Micrometers
