Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Administrative Assistant
to join a reputable manufacturing organization in Oakdale, PA. This
person will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of
the office and providing quality service to their customers. We are

Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end processing of customer
orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company
procedures. Serve as a central point of contact for customer
order-related questions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
of issues. Facilitate the billing process by preparing and
distributing invoices via the ERP platform, with a focus on
accuracy and payment tracking. Maintain well-organized logs of all
pricing, transaction, and communication activities to support
transparency and internal reporting. Handle incoming calls
professionally, routing requests to appropriate team members and
departments as needed. Contribute to daily office functions by
helping coordinate logistics such as catering, office supply
inventory, and meeting arrangements. Requirements 1 years of
administrative or office support experience, ideally in a
manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Strong organizational skills with
the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
