ABA Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA is a clinician-owned Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization providing high-quality, family-centered IBHS services across Central Pennsylvania. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support children with autism and developmental needs in their homes, schools, and communities. Position Summary The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) delivers 1:1 behavioral intervention under the supervision of a BCBA. BHTs implement treatment plans, collect data, support skill development, and collaborate with families, schools, and clinical supervisors.Training for all new hires begins January 2026 and includes ABA foundations, safety training, documentation procedures, and individualized program on-boarding. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and submit accurate session data in the EMR system Support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, social skills, and daily living Follow behavior support plans and safety protocols Maintain professional communication with caregivers, school staff, and supervisors Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training Uphold ethical and trauma-informed ABA practices Work Location Hiring for the following counties: Blair County Applicants may indicate preferred service area(s).
