Job Description:
The Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is seeking a diligent
Quality Technician to join our night team within the Manufacturing
& Production sector, focusing on Quality Assurance & Testing. This
role ensures compliance with internal and external standards and
supports our mission of sustainable development and humanitarian
aid. You will work closely with production teams to monitor outputs
and continuously improve product quality. Conduct routine and
non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials,
environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications
and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of
data for release. Perform visual inspections of finished products.
Coordinate with the production staff to ensure that products comply
with quality standards. Record, compile, and enter data for
documentation and reporting purposes. Adhere to the quality
assurance testing schedule to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail
and ability to identify defects. Proficiency in using Microsoft
Office and quality management software. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Quality Technician (CQT) by
the American Society for Quality (ASQ) preferred.
