School of Nursing is seeking qualified applicants for part-time,
non-tenure stream clinical faculty in the following areas: ·
Community Health Nursing · Medical/Surgical Nursing · Obstetric
Nursing · Pediatric Nursing · Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
Minimum Qualifications : Instructor of Practice * must have a
bachelor’s degree in nursing. Clinical Instructor must have a
graduate degree in nursing. Candidates at all faculty ranks must: ·
Show evidence of or potential for excellence in clinical and/or
classroom teaching and contributing to a learning environment that
values evidence-based practice; · Demonstrated expertise in at
least one of the indicated areas of community health,
medical/surgical, obstetric, pediatric, or psychiatric/mental
health nursing; · Hold an unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania
or compact state. *If the incumbent has not earned a graduate
degree in nursing, the incumbent is required to complete a graduate
degree in nursing within five years of the date of hire. Desired
Qualifications: Prior experience in clinical education and/or
scholarship is preferred but not required. As part of your
