driving substantial revenue growth. Develop and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate
lasting relationships with existing customers while seeking new
business opportunities. Perform market analysis to identify trends,
new markets, and customer needs. Prepare detailed proposals and
presentations tailored to client requirements. Provide feedback to
the product team on client needs and market demands to guide the
evolution of our offerings. Maintain a high level of industry
knowledge and trends to offer the best solutions to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service
delivery. Proven ability in sales and negotiation. Strong
analytical skills to analyze market data and sales statistics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to
develop strategic business relationships. Deep understanding of the
financial services industry and payment solutions. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales
Professional (CSP) preferred. Relevant training in sales
methodologies or financial services products is an advantage.
