Job Description:

TruGreen, a leader in lawn care and landscaping services, is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential to our mission of providing top-tier lawn care solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs and adapt to local environmental challenges. As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage directly with potential residential and commercial clients, helping them understand how TruGreens services can enhance their outdoor spaces and solve common lawn care and pest problems. Conducting in-person visits to potential client locations to assess lawn care needs and present tailored solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets. Educating customers about TruGreen’s range of services including lawn maintenance, weed control, and pest management. Performing cost-benefit analyses for prospective customers and demonstrating how TruGreen’s services provide value. Collaborating with the customer service and technical teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Participating in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities using CRM software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office Knowledge of the lawn care and landscaping industry is an advantage Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is a plus Any relevant landscaping or horticulture certifications would be beneficial
