Highland Consulting Group is a National Executive Recruiting firm that specializes in Banking & Construction. We are looking at add sales minded individuals to our team. This opportunity can provided unlimited income potential to someone that wants to succeed in sales.

We are recruiting for individuals that enjoy networking with industry professionals and qualifying them for our clients needs. The preferred individual is an aggressive Hunter and not a Farmer , and someone that is resourceful and finds ways to connect with people. This is all done in an extremally professional business that is willing to train you and provide the tools needed to succeed, and is done Monday - Friday during business hours, no nights or weekends.
Job Responsibilities

• Recruit individuals for our Banking or Construction divisions
  
• Data mining individuals on the newest company paid software
  
• Reaching out to targeted potential industry professionals
  
• Review and understand the search requirements
  
• Screen passive and active candidates to identify the best candidates for the open search
  
• Update the client on the search progress
  
• Present the candidates to management and/or the client for review
  
• Provide candidates continued support through the interview process and onboarding
