Position: Member Services Representative - Full Time - Overnight
Hours
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Reports to: General Manager

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a
positive "Judgement Free" member experience by providing a superior
level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective
members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive
and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the
member's expectations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in an indoor environment; exposure
to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning
chemicals.
PHYSICAL: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and
mobility to walk and stand, for prolonged periods of time; to
frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist,
grasp, and make repetitive hand movement in the performance of
daily duties; occasionally to lift, carry, push, and/or pull
moderate amount of weight (up to 50lbs); and to verbally
communicate in person or on the phone to exchange information. Must
maintain physical ability to administer CPR in the event of medical
emergency.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without
correction.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without
correction.
