Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our bustling convenience store locations. As a leader in the retail industry, Sheetz prides itself on fast service, a friendly atmosphere, and offering a diverse selection of products including custom foods, beverages, and convenience items. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the Sheetz reputation by managing store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team committed to Sheetz’s standards of excellence. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards. Handle inventory control and implement strategies to increase profitability. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store. Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Recruit, train, and develop store staff. Prepare reports on sales, budget forecasts, and other performance metrics. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of inventory management Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in Retail Management, Customer Service, or similar would be advantageous.
