Sheetz, Inc., a family-owned chain of convenience stores and coffee shops, is seeking a motivated and energetic Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our commitment to speedy service and an expansive selection of products meets the highest standards of quality and convenience. Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise, train, and support store employees; schedule staff efficiently to maximize productivity. Ensure the store's cleanliness and visual standards are met consistently. Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize waste. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement promotional materials and oversee the execution of sales campaigns. Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution. Prepare reports on sales, expenditures, and other performance metrics. Ensure all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements are upheld. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using retail management software Understanding of inventory and supply chain management Customer-oriented approach with the ability to handle disputes and emergencies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certifications in Retail Management, Leadership, or a relevant field are beneficial.
