Superior Dairy is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor. In this role you will be overseeing all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring safety and high equipment uptime. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise for plant equipment and machines, which may include PLCs, VFDs, Servos, and HMIs.--This hands-on position requires direct involvement in repairs and installations, as well as effective coordination with the maintenance workforce.Superior Dairy, founded in 1922, is best known for producing high quality dairy products, including fluid milk products, cottage cheese, sour cream, ice cream and chip dip.
