Job Description:

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network / Aruba Consultant with our client located on the south side of Pittsburgh, PA. This is an onsite, W2, 4-month contract role to start with potential to extend to another project. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.

Pay: $35-50/hr, W2

Job Description:

The Network Consultant's duties will include building the switches at the client and then supporting techs that are remotely deploying them to make sure the site comes back up as the remote tech plugs in the equipment into the proper ports.

Responsibilities: Work on networking tickets and general networking tasks.
Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, fax machines, and other network appliances.
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
Deploy company LANs, WANs and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPSs and other hardware.
Monitor and manage the ticket queue and work support tickets to closure.
General network troubleshooting

Requirements: Experience with Aruba Switches
Experience with Meraki Client
Palo Alto Firewall Experience managing firewall rules, whitelists, NAT'ing, VPN, IP Sec Tunnels, Routing
