Job Description:

Knowledge: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, or other related experience. Able to use scales and various measuring tools. Able to perform basic math skills, read and understand work instructions including formulations. Skills/Abilities: Operate various types of material handling equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, hoists, hoppers, and totes.. Communication, interpersonal, adaptability, ability to learn quickly, initiative, integrity, customer and quality focus, judgment/problem-solving, safety awareness. Physical/Mental: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to withstand the physical pressures of constant standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, sitting, extremes of hot and cold, as well as carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects, work in environment of airborne dust particles, vibrations, and moving mechanical parts. General: Will work overtime as needed. May require working rotating shifts. Shifts: First Shift: 7:30am-4pm ($16.50/hr) Second Shift: 3:30pm-12am ($17/hr plus $1 shift differential) Third Shift: 11:30pm-8am ($18/hr plus $2 shift differential)
