Job Description:

Nittany Energy is seeking to hire an accountant with a focus on inventory and taxes in our Philipsburg accounting office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily review of working inventory and pricing calculationsMonthly liquid inventory reconciliationsVerify coding and cost of liquid fuel deliveriesCalculate and file various monthly/quarterly taxesPost month-end sales journals and miscellaneous journal entriesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Prior experience with inventory and/or taxesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel)Detail oriented with excellent organization, communication & problem solving skillsOil experience preferred but not requiredFull Time Position with competitive benefitsWage will be commensurate with experienceNittany Energy is a family owned business locally owned and operated in Central Pennsylvania.
