Increased Pay Rate = $16/hour
After 90 days...NICE increase
Monday - Friday
7AM - 3:30PM

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  
  • 
    
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly and testing on customer-specific products.
    
  • Perform manual assembly of components and hardware.
    
  • Perform hand soldering of components to PCA's.
    
  • Read and follow assembly specific Work Instructions.
    
  • Make routine repairs on assigned assemblies.
    
  • Final packaging and verification for assigned final assemblies.
    
  • Assist in the training of other company members to specific work instructions.
    
  • Performs related duties as required or assigned within the job classification.
    
    SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
    
    
    • 
      
    • IPC-A-610 Certification Preferred
      
    • J-STD-001 Soldering Certification
      
    • Preferred PC/Software Skills:
      
      
    • Manex Software
      
    • Microsoft Office
      
      
      
    • Familiar with applicable Quality Procedures.
      
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks in an allotted time period while also ensuring quality control.
      
    • Ability to work in a team environment and handle conflict.
      
    • Must be able to work overtime on an as-needed basis to ensure on-time customer delivery.
