What's the role?
The IT Business Analyst supports the IT Manager to identify,
realize, and protect value across the IT business portfolio. The
role drives rigor and discipline in the opportunity realization
process and under scope agreed with the IT Manager self-starts to
drive standalone technology, application landscape health and data
opportunities within the Portfolio.
This role demonstrates understanding of business vision, strategy
and KPIs, balancing these with knowledge about the Enterprise IT
vision, strategy, and prevailing technology standards and curiosity
about commercial problems and displays the requisite behaviours to
drive Portfolio fulfilment of target KPIs.
