Job Description:

TA Dedicated is hiring professional CDL-A truck drivers to join our dedicated Norfolk Southern division. You will be hauling railroad parts from Altoona, PA to various distribution centers in Dayton, OH; South Bend, IN; Chattanooga, TN; Altoona, PA; Decatur, GA & Kansas City, MO and other areas as needed. This lane averages up to 2,300 miles/week. Most drivers will be home daily, but may be out longer than 24-48 hours depending on customer needs.Pay:• Earn up to $0.54 CPM with pay increases every 6 months until max pay is reached• Averages $80,600 annually • Paid orientation plus, transportation, hotel room and 2 meals per day• Veterans encouraged to apply – we recognize military service when determining payBonuses:• $5,000 sign on bonus for each qualifying drivers • Safety bonus program - paid out twice/year • Referral bonus program – up to $2,500 for each qualified driver referredBenefits:• Comprehensive benefits: Health, Life, Dental, Vision and 401(k) - plan includes company match• Pet and passenger programs available on most accounts • Safety value culture with a CSA score to prove it• 24/7 support, 365 days a year • Minimum of 21 years old• Minimum of 3 months of recent over-the-road flatbed experience• Hazmat endorsement • Valid CDL-A• DOT qualified • Must pass a comprehensive drug test• Satisfactory safety and employment history
