IN A NUTSHELL---
The HVAC Tech II will provide ongoing support to the Facilities
Operations team at our Cultivation and Production site. This role
will provide guidance to HVAC staff to ensure that the Facilities
operation is best-in-class. This role will require you to roll up
your sleeves. This role is with Goodblend, one of the renowned

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Repairing and maintaining industrial HVAC,
plumbing and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams,
sketches, operating manuals, manufacturers' specifications or
supervisor's instructions. using hand and power tools, precision
measuring or testing devices. Responsible for complete maintenance
of area of assignment.Working in coordination with the Manager,
Facilities to upgrade all systems and streamline operations
Observes and adjusts a wide variety of equipment, machines and
devices in operation to assure proper operation, including pumps,
refrigerant recovery, engines, motors, compressors and laboratory
equipment.Dismantling machines and devices for servicing, repair,
or replacement of parts Performing preventative maintenance and
maintaining a scheduled maintenance program to ensure proper
facilities upkeep, including all mechanical, electrical and
plumbing infrastructure and equipmentEffectively using CMMS
tracking systems to report receipt of maintenance needs and/or
other issues Responding to facility-related failures and/or
emergencies promptly; prioritizing work orders, while maintaining
preventative tasks in accordance with facility needsCompleting all
required documentation and follow-ups for utility and facility
management to ensure that problems have been resolved
effectivelyEnsure safe work practices are implemented and
consistently followed by department staffWorking with other
departments to address and rectify potentially unsafe work
conditions or practices; ensuring compliance with applicable
building codes, fire and emergency codes, regulatory and other
required regulationsAfter hours on call availability Perform other
job duties and tasks as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING High School Diploma or
equivalent requiredTechnical School graduate or equivalent
industrial operations experience requiredMinimum 5 - 7 years of
demonstrated progressive work experience HVAC Certification and
Refrigeration Recovery License required Ability to read blueprints
as well as understand and read computerized HVAC, Electrical,
plumbing system and building layouts

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires the ability to stand for prolonged
periods of time, and consistent attention to detail at least 8
hours per day. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted.
