Loan Processor with FHA, VA and Conventional Experience

Job Description:

The Loan Processor is responsible for gathering the documentation necessary to process and obtain mortgage approval while keeping the customer informed on the status of the loan.

-Responsible for having a complete understanding of FiServ, Doc Velocity and any other applicable computer programs and/or office equipment to perform daily job functions.

-Obtain a complete understanding of all workflow assignments to ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file.

-Responsible for the ongoing communications with customers, loan officers, the homebuilding division, the title company and supervisors throughout the entire mortgage process.

Requirements:

-MUST have 5+ years of previous mortgage processing experience.

-Complete understanding of all processing procedures and workflow task, while achieving accurate, completed and compliant loan files to be submitted in a timely manner according to corporate objectives.

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task.

-Good understanding of the Homebuilding Industry is a plus

-Good problem analysis and critical thinking experience.

-Ability to understand both the high level business need/impact and the detailed requirements is a must.
