Discover a rewarding career at The KentRidge Senior Living in Kent, Ohio, where we prioritize compassionate care and community. Our Memory Care Support Partner position offers a starting wage of $19-$21 per hour, with a flexible shift schedule:

• Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
  
• Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 6am-6pm
  
  Responsibilities include:
  

• 
  
• Being an "Advocate of Empathy" by creating meaningful human connections during vulnerable moments.
  
• Serving as a Patient Observer to understand residents' interests and abilities, and developing engagement plans.
  
• Mastering the art of 'mise en sc--ne' by preparing environments for daily activities and events.
  
• Partnering with residents to support their daily routines as a Life Partner.
  
• Documenting resident care and condition changes accurately.
  
• Assisting with orientation of new team members in memory care.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
    
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
    
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
    
  • Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
    
  • Computer skills for documentation purposes.
    
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
    
  • Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls.
    
  • Criminal background clearance.
