Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Perform customized scalp treatments and hair services including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals
--- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
--- Educate clients on hair health, product use, and at-home care
--- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and treatment areas
--- Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in scalp and hair wellness

Qualifications:
--- Previous experience in salon/spa management or a team leadership role is required
--- Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required
--- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
--- Experience with booking software and POS systems
--- Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations
--- Passion for luxury, beauty, and wellness
