Job Description:

Summary
Performs a variety of cleaning and servicing tasks in all areas and buildings. Provides housekeeping and building services for the efficient, clean, comfortable and safe operation of all departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Maintains all flooring in facilities. Has the knowledge and ability to operate floor maintenance equipment; including buffer, extractor and scrubber. Waxes floors as assigned.
Collects and transports all supplies assigned, such as recyclables, linens, medical wastes and resident hygiene needs.
Move and organizes furniture as assigned for residents, families and staff. All meetings and special events are set up/broken down according to specifications in a timely, attractive manner.
Completes all daily project assignments that include but are not limited to: resident and office moves, transport and delivery of new furniture, wall washing and special function set ups inside and outside of the building; decoration storage and delivery, etc.
Reports mechanical failure or safety hazards to appropriate personnel to facilitate repair and replacement.
Maintains constant attention to safety while performing routine tasks, utilizing appropriate safety procedures and equipment to provide a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Education and/or Experience 1 year of relevant experience Computer Skills Familiar with Microsoft and work order software Licensure, Certifications Valid driver's license required
