Amber Woods at HarmarVillage Care Center is a 133-bed assisted living offering well-appointed private and semi-private rooms or suites, which includes a memory care neighborhood called The Elms. It's conveniently located off Exit 48 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 28 - easily accessible from the Allegheny Valley and Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and providing compassionate support. This is an entry level position with significant growth potential. Prior experience in caring for the elderly and CPR strongly preferred but not required will train the right candidate. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required as are strong interpersonal and communication skills. Successful candidates must be able submit to a criminal background and drug screen. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and the physical capacity to walk, stand and lift throughout the day Are also required. -Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for caring, outgoing, compassionate people to work with our residents. -Vaccination from Covid-19 is a condition for hiring, except where a bona fide religious or medical exemption is submitted.
