Job Description:
The Recruiter will perform all functions related to recruiting
and hiring of qualified applicants to staff both field and
corporate-based positions for all lines of business. Responsible
for proactive and strategic sourcing and networking to recruit
exceptionally talented people with the right skills and passion for
our brand. This includes providing our candidates and business
partners a customer focused and highly effective experience during
the recruiting process
Skills:
Passionate about recruiting top talent as demonstrated by high
level of energy, positive and upbeat attitude.
Experience staffing positions at a variety of levels, including
senior management.
Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility.
Ability to interact with hiring managers at all levels of the
company.
Background:
Bachelor's Degree required
3 years of Recruitment experience
Experience in corporate recruitment required
