Job Description:

DeLallo is seeking candidates for a Customer Account Deduction Specialist position. This position is analytical in nature and provides support to our Sales Department with responsibilities that include the review and reconciliation of customer deductions taken from payments. - A successful candidate in this role is comfortable working with high volumes of data, pays attention to the details, and possesses advanced skills in MS Excel. - -Responsibilities Supply deduction management support to Sales Team, including National/Local Sales Reps, Internal Sales Support staff and V.P. of Sales that includes conducting account research and analysis. Work with Accounts Receivable to identify deductions and to assist with proper deduction posting Obtain backup for customer deductions via vendor portal or other means Review all customer deductions in an assigned portfolio and determine if deduction is legitimate and then taking appropriate action Communicate with other departments including Transportation, Accounts Receivables and General Accounting Interaction with customers to resolve outstanding issues Utilize company software program
Job Requirements Prior work experience that includes strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through,
