Overview:

Premier Automation is looking for a Document Processing Specialist to join our team! This person will be responsible for the processing of completed job documentation. This involves handling material returns to vendors, material returns to stock, and contacting vendors about damaged/insufficient deliveries. Candidates are expected to be thorough and detail-oriented while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
• Extremely well-organized
• Demonstrates good time management skills
• Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities and the ability to stop and return to a task at any given time
• Demonstrates good communication skills and the ability to communicate problems to the team/leader
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Epicor experience is a plus
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
