FOAM SCRAP GRINDER
$16/hour = 3rd Shift: 1PM - 6:30AM
$15/hour = 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM
Monday to Friday
Latrobe, PA

Job Summary

ssists the team by processing & managing our daily scrap. Primary responsibility is to grind & densify scrap operating the grinder & densifier. Manage scrap area & scrap bags.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Works with Management to ensure scrap is being processed & area remains clean.
• Operate a fork lift & pallet jack to move scrap as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines & maintains a clean working area.
• Suggest any process changes to improve productivity.
  Requirements
  
  • ble to show up on time with limited call offs.
  • ble read a tape measure (fractions of an inch).
  • Proficient with basic math skills: Addition, subtraction, factions & division.
  • ble to lift, push and/or pull 50 lbs. or more & employ safe lifting techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of machine operations, computers & able to troubleshoot.
  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts & airborne particles.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail & able to complete task with minimal supervision.
  • ble to stand for 8 to 1O hours.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well with others & be flexible.
