Position: Salad Bar Attendant Status: Non-Exempt HourlySupervisor: Salad Bar/Prep Manager / Shift ManagerJob Classification: Food ServicePosition Summary:Our Salad Bar employees know that people eat with their eyes first which is exactly why they strive to maintain neat, clean, full, and attractive salad bars. In addition to requiring individuals who are highly organized, very efficient, and possessing a strong attention to detail, this position also requires a great deal of Hosspitality. Our Salad Bar employees know that they have constant interaction with our guests and love that part of their job. Helping someone find an item, carrying a cup of soup back to a table for a guest, or helping a child reach those coveted sprinkles on the dessert-bar is what drives our salad bar crew they love people. Qualification Standards:

• Lifting and carrying totes, crocks, and soup pots weighing up to 40 pounds frequently during the shift.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Working in a noisy, busy, and congested environment.
• Working by standing and walking the entire shift.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.Required
