our employees. -The Customer Service Representative provides
superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company
approved services and products to provide a positive experience for
all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process
through verification and documentation of all necessary driver
information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and
return experience. - -This is a seasonal position that will start
as early as May 23, 2022, ending on or before October 20, 2022.
-Compensation for this role is $15.00 / hour -We are looking to
hire in various locations throughout the Cranberry, Wexford,
Pittsburgh & Western, PA Market. -
Responsibilities:
Take -incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions
and answers, provide information and resolution for customers,
other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and
other vendorsManage outgoing calls for -callback management, A/Rs
and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer
service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in
person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and
timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to
assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins
and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while
picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and
courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and
communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other
services -May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel
options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying
Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle
maintenance -Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by
operating washing equipment when neededPerform various
administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and
billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs,
run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer
billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years oldMust have two years of college
experience OR two years of customer service experienceMust be
authorized to work in the United States and not require work
authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or
in the futureAside from religious -observations, must be available
to work full time schedule from 35-40 hours per week including
weekends -Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2
moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in
the past three years. -No drug, alcohol related, reckless, or six
point violations on driving record (ie., DUI/DWI) in the past 3
years. -Must be authorized to work in the United States and not
require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this
position now or in the future.
