Job Description:
Home care agency -is currently seeking a Client Care Coordinator
for the Zelienople office. This position is full-time. We provide a
variety of non-medical, home care services for seniors allowing
them to be safe and stay independent. -We strive to provide
compassionate and reliable home services to enable seniors to
remain at home.
We are locally owned and operated.
Qualifications: -Must be caring and compassionate - Able to work
with Clients and their families to explain the benefits -of -our
services. Must have the ability to multi-task - work in a
fast-paced environment - basic computer skills (Windows and Office
software knowledge) -Must have excellent communication skills and
be self-motivated Responsibilities: -Building client relationships
and setting up our services. Enhancing and maintaining
relationships with existing Clients -Follow up calls -Develop and
maintain knowledge of our brand -Maintain records of all activities
-Develop a database of qualified leads -Meet with potential clients
and family members-Marketing and RPN activities with referral
sources
This is a full-time position with paid holidays and earned paid
time off. - -Company car available for work hours. We offer a
