As we continue to grow, Bobby Rahal Jaguar Land Rover is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM As a Service Advisor you will:

  • Greet clients in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information about their vehicle. Document any issues the vehicle may have accurately and clearly on a repair order.
  • Test drive the vehicle with client as needed to confirm the problem.
  • Advise client on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
  • Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
  • Explain completed work and all charges to client.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer questions, appointments, and work in progress. What are the general requirements of a Service Advisor?
    • A positive attitude and desire to help others are absolute musts.
    • Solid, basic computer skills, including typing.
    • A valid driver's license and clean driving record. What are my rewards and benefits?

        • Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
        • Greet customers and consult with on vehicle service
        • Perform a consultative vehicle delivery with customer when service work is
        • Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend additional needed service
        • Providing exceptional personalized service to customers
        • Recommend the appraisal process as appropriate to the customer
        • Addressing and resolving customer complaints
        • Managing own work in process and providing excellent customer service
        • Foster a culture that focus on the customer
        • Obtain customer and vehicle data
        • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
        • Addressing and resolving customer complaints
        • Got the horsepower to join a fast paced environment and hit high standards
        • Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection
        • Work to make customer experience unbeatable with expert knowledge and great service skills
