How You’ll Make an Impact

The Inventory Control Coordinator must be able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced, team environment and be willing to work overtime with little or no notice. In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Processing paperwork for truckloads
  • Scheduling inbound, outbound, and LTL truckloads using TMS
  • Scanning and entering paperwork/BOL into SAP
  • Providing backup to office personnel when needed
  • Printing orders from SAP
  • Ordering office and safety supplies
  • Assisting in cycle counting when needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a distribution environment
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System

  • Knowledge in SAP

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Excellent communication skills (Phone, IM, Email, in person)

  • Organization skills

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
