Position Description
The QA Manager will be play a key role in a large Cloud Transformation Project in the healthcare sector. The project is centered around cloud technology, medical claims payment and system integrations. The QA Program Manager will work alongside the Technical Leads including senior management and directors. The goal of the QA Program Manager is to ease the client's management of QA processes and deliverables between and for the bi-weekly sprints and when making critical technical program decisions. The QA Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring process leadership among the technical leads throughout the Transformation Project.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The QA Program Manager is responsible for leading QA processes within a large-scale healthcare data and process Transformation Project. This vital role has great customer visibility and has responsibility for helping the customer embrace proven IT Management strategies. The QA Program Manager collaborates with a variety of internal and external staff in a matrix organization, leading executive and software development teams while providing direction resulting in timely and complete deliverables in accordance to the program schedule.

The primary functions of this role;
• Work with different stakeholders at the health plan to present test strategy, management report, risk and mitigation strategies
• Work with project managers from all workstreams to report correct status, risk and mitigation
• Plan and re plan QA activities with changing requirement/strategies of the program.
• Manage end to end delivery of QA mandate work assignment and review with project managers
• Manage program budgets, change management and oversee release managements
• Manage QA process as defined by healthplan's QMO and provide strategic guidance and support as testing moves from one phase to another over different environments
• Manage communication with IT and Business Executive Steering Committees.
• Represent QA teams in various forum steering committee, program governance, business governance, BU leadership, CIO forum and others.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $53K-$120K*
