Job Description:

A large manufacturing client is looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support Tech to work onsite 4 days a week and remote the other 1 for them at their Pittsburg, PA location. This person will respond to incoming tickets through SpiceWorks resolving/troubleshooting any hardware and software related issues. The individual will resolve 15-20 tickets a day ranging from issues with their email, password resets, network connectivity issues etc. This individual will be responsible for supporting their windows/Office 365 environment.

Experience using Dell Migrate
5+ years of experience providing desktop support

3 + years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware

Experience supporting Office 365 (need to be able to add licenses to new users, add multi factor licenses and set up and configure authentication)

Experience installing 3D design software such as: Solid Works, AutoDesk, Mat Lab, and Adobe

Previous experience reimaging computers

Previous experience using a remote support control such as TeamViewer

Experience using a ticketing system

Must be comfortable working onsite 3 days a week
