Responsible for the creation and implementation of aquatic,
fitness and wellness programming including personal training, group
fitness classes, aquatic swim lessons, large fitness and recreation
Collaborate with management staff to hire, supervise, train and
evaluate fitness and aquatic staff, student interns, and group
Compile and maintain statistical data for reporting on programs
Collaborate with campus departments for programming to the
Serve as a point of contact for event promotion, collaborate
with the University Relations and Marketing department and
supervise recreation marketing plans.
Conduct needs assessment and surveys to determine needs,
interest, and satisfaction with Falcon Center facilities,
recreation, and programs/events.
Develop a semester event calendar, be knowledgeable of current,
national aquatic, fitness and wellbeing initiatives, activities and
Create budgets for expenditures related to programs, equipment
and submit for approval.
Assist with administrative duties needed such as deposits,
member file management and carry out additional duties as requested
by the Assistant Director and Director of the Falcon Center.
Have a flexible schedule and be included in an on-call rotation
including nights and weekends, and be responsible for facility
operations when needed.
