Job Description:
Scope of Work SmartSource is seeking a Help Desk Technician for
a 5 month contract to hire opportunity located in Media, PA. The
customer is looking for a Tier I Tier II Help Desk Tech to
troubleshoot tickets and diagnose assign what team tickets need to
go to. They are looking for someone with excellent communication
skills and technical skills to match. This is a Level12 Help Desk
position - experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and similar
technology is a plus. Qualifications Must have some type of Service
Desk background Must have a background deploying new computer
related hardware to include desktops, laptops and printers Must
have Windows 7-Windows 10 migration background Experience with
Active Directory and Office 365 Strong Windows 10 Knowledge Basic
Networking Preform jobsite setups Strong organizational skills
Troubleshooting skills need to be high Experience with mobile
devices
