About Us : Experience Required: 0 to 6 months Experience Desired: Working towards a high school diploma; Retail or grocery experience Education Required: No High School diploma required Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age Job Responsibilities Understand the store and vast array of product offerings. Display a passion about shopping for others (shop as though you are shopping for someone you love) and understand the store and vast array of product offerings. Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products. Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests. Provide unparalleled guest service, constantly striving to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders. Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up orders. Provide assistance with online grocery customers via the phone and in-person. Inspire your fellow Team Members and our guests with a willingness to go the 'Extra Mile' to provide the best product. Demonstrate proficiency and efficient use of technology, including the Internet Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for guests. Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for guest pickup orders. Provide assistance w/on-line grocery guests via the phone and in-person.
