Description: T he Supervisor of Client Services preserves company policies andsustains compliance with company, regulatory and industry requirements. A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… Interpret and implement policy and procedures. Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed. Monitor, track and consistently respond to inquiries regarding valuation orders. Manage all work in progress queues for the processing of quality control orders, client inquiries, vendor escalations, and more. WHO YOU ARE You possess … Prior experience in Valuations with working knowledge of standard appraisal practices and procedures including USPAP. Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology. Experience in supervising project and team activities. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to meet deadlines. DETAILED JOB DUTIES Interpret and implement policy and procedures. Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed. Monitor, track and consistently respond to inquiries regarding valuation orders. Responsible for managing all work in progress queues for the processing of quality control orders, client inquiries, vendor escalations, and more. Responsible for staff scheduling to include\: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operational problems. Assist and satisfy concerns arising from the business relationship. Acquire necessary documentation to insure efficient and accurate valuation completion. Assist to resolve complex or out of policy issues and escalate to Manager or AVP if needed. Create and maintain a strong and productive working relationship with client, and key stakeholders (all departments). Ensure that all steps of the valuation process are completed accurately and within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. Coordinate with Manager and AVP for appropriate staffing levels. Responsible to meet personal and departmental productivity and quality goals/metrics. Schedule and conduct team meetings. Complete human resource paperwork. Maintain a positive, professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff. Communicate with Managers, AVPs, and Vice Presidents on Department operations. Maintain compliance with Independence Guidelines. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualification: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ·          Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, or a related field, with two or more years of progressive experience in client relations and team management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Prior experience in Valuations with working knowledge of standard appraisal practices and procedures including USPAP. Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology. Experience in supervising project and team activities. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to read operational reports and workflows. Solid organizational and planning skills.
