A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… Manage the completion of pre-employment screenings for all new hires, tracking the progess, and reviewing content against ServiceLink background check procedures for discprancies. Manage the recurring criminal background check process for all active employees, tracking the progress, and reviwing content against ServiceLink background check procedures for discrepancies. Partner with FNF to maintain and upload current background check dates into the Oracle HRIS system. Facilitate and maintain the salary survey program.  Administer new requests for salary survey data. Facilitate the HR posters and boards to ensure that all locations are in compliance.  Track billing for renewal of poster coverage and review all invoices to obtain approval for payment from the Human Resources Manager. Be the point contact for all worker’s compensation claims, reporting and administration for the Human Resources Corporate East location.  Maintain all required postings and notices. Process all employment verifications. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team including but not limited to pull files, scan, copying and provide information and ad hoc reporting as requested. Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Perform all other duties assigned.
