A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Manage desktop valuation team member reports · Maintain Production, USPAP, Product, Quality Audit and SOP Oversight · Train New Appraisers and provide special instructions to appraisers WHO YOU ARE You possess … · 8+ years of real estate appraisal experience · Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products · Licensed/Certified Appraiser DETAILED JOB DUTIES · Provide oversight of all desktop appraisal operations and the team · Management and oversight of desktop production to ensure quality, compliance and timeliness of reports · Manage and oversight of capacity and coverage to ensure orders are processed · Management and oversight of new products · Report on departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement to management · Manage and Oversight of Extraction, Quality Control, File Elevation, File Revision, Product, Tie out projects/flow, Quality Audit, Special Instruction, Standard Operation Procedures, File Revision and Xome · Manage Concierge Services to new Clients · Manage and Oversight of USPAP in collaboration with Chief Appraiser · Manage and Lead UAT Testing initiatives · Exos Technology Assistance Lead for department designee · New Appraiser/Recriprocal Training Qualification: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ·          Some College Preferred ·          High School Diploma/GED ·          8+ years of real estate appraisal experience ·          Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products ·          3 +years of leadership/management experience in real estate appraisals preferred
