Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
high-performance doors and panels, is seeking a Machine
Operator/Cutter to join their team. As a Machine Operator/Cutter,
you will be part of the production department supporting the
manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine
Operator/Cutter Location: Burgettstown, PA Pay Range:$17.50/hr
Shift: 3:30pm to 2am Monday thru Thursday (Friday is overtime.)
What's the Job? Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
for cutting, shaping, and fabricating materials such as steel and
PVC Load raw materials, program CNC or manual cutting tools, and
ensure precise operation according to specifications Inspect
finished products for quality, identify defects, and make necessary
adjustments to equipment Perform routine maintenance including
cleaning and lubrication of machinery Handle materials safely,
moving and lifting up to 50 lbs, while maintaining an organized
workspace What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
Ability to read blueprints and schematics, use hand tools, and
perform basic math calculations Strong attention to detail and
ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Physical
ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50
