Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you
will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting operational
efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Material
Handler Location: Warrendale, PA Pay Range: Shift: Monday thru
Friday 7:15 AM-3:45 PM What's the Job? Perform routine manual
duties in inventory areas such as crating/uncrating materials,
washing parts, and re-palletizing parts. Transport materials to
proper locations to support manufacturing operations safely and
efficiently. Load and unload materials between facilities, ensuring
no damage occurs. Operate forklifts and cranes to receive incoming
materials and move inventory. Stage and return materials, bins,
pallets, and racks as required, maintaining organized inventory
areas. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED, plus two years of
relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.
Applicable safety and operations training for machinery such as
forklifts and cranes. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability
to safely use hand and power tools, measurement devices, and
operate powered equipment. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and work indoors and outdoors
