As the Packaging and Mixing Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by accurately packaging products, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring the quality and safety of our products. While previous experience is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Responsibilities: *Packaging: Properly and efficiently package products according to company guidelines and safety standards. *Mixer Operation: Operate mixer equipment to prepare product formulas as specified. *Formula Measurement: Precisely measure and combine ingredients based on provided formulations. *Math Skills: Utilize basic math skills to measure and calculate quantities accurately. *Quality Control: Maintain product quality by adhering to company quality standards and conducting regular checks. *Safety: Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling heavy materials to ensure a safe working environment. *Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine equipment checks and cleaning to ensure smooth operations. *Record-Keeping: Keep detailed records of production activities, inventory, and any issues encountered. *Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient production goals. *Adaptability: Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and handle various tasks as needed. Requirements: *Physical Abilities: Able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during work hours. *Basic Math Skills: Proficient in basic mathematical calculations for accurate measurements and formulations. *Attention to Detail: Precise in measuring and packaging to maintain product quality. *Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. *Safety Conscious: Committed to following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. *Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required. *Training will be provided.
