Warehouse/Hose Technician – Mill Hall, PA R/W Connection Inc., Central Pennsylvania’s leading distributor of Industrial Hose, Conveyor Belt, Gaskets, and Industrial Supplies for over 60 years, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Mill Hall team. Job Summary: This full-time position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in hydraulic and industrial hose assembly , along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications. Manage inventory , including organization, stocking, and order fulfillment. Assist customers with product selection and technical support. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment. Hydraulic experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must have a valid driver license Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience.
